Here is a recipe for a nice burger with BBQ sauce.
* Ground beef 4 ounces
* Cheddar cheese, sliced 1 ounce
* Low carb barbecue sauce
* Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
* Butter, 1 tablespoon
* 1 Small onion
Start by mixing the barbecue sauce and the mayonnaise together to a fine sauce.
Fry the onion in butter in a small pan until it is starting to get a little brown.
