Weight loss smoothie recipe

Many people have in the recent time started drinking more weight loss smoothie as an alternative to normal food. I have for some time been using smoothies now and then as a part of my keto diet and have good experience with these weight loss smoothies. In order to help everyone out I would like to share my favorite weight loss smoothie recipe.

Before I share my weight loss smoothie recipe I would however first like to point out that I am using the keto diet which means I eat a low amount of carbohydrates and a high amount of fat. The smoothies I suggest below are based on ingredients that are suitable for my diet and might not be ideal if you are on a different kind of diet.

This smoothie is something I like to call the fat bomb smoothie since it is so high on fat.

1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp unrefined coconut oil
1/3 cup strawberries
a pinch of salt

This is also one of my favorite smoothies and I make it quite regularly. The reason I have some salt in the recipe is both to bring out the taste but also since I usually have this one after I have been to the gym so I feel like I need some additional salt then. Strawberries and fruit is usually not something that is part of a keto diet but I only add a few and need it for the taste. You can also try it with other fruit to give it a different taste if you prefer that. If you would like you could also mix in some protein powder to make a totally new weight loss smoothies combination. If you use a protein powder with some flavor you could also skip adding in the fruit and save on the carbohydrates.

Low carb ice cream recipes

I always like to make some low carb ice cream when it is hot out. The normal ice cream that you can buy in the store usually contains a lot of additional ingredients that are not good for you. They usually also contain a lot of carbohydrates which are not good for you if you are on a low carb diet. It is also very easy to make your own low carb ice cream so there is no big reason to not do so.

In order to help you with making your own low carb ice cream I have put together the different recipes that I normally use in one place so you can also make your own ice cream. The recipes are all very easy and only takes a few minutes to make. You need some waiting time to make them cold but after that all you need to do is to enjoy your own low carb ice cream.

The most simple and best recipe is to mix some low carbohydrate fruit together with some heavy whipping cream. All you need is a mixer to prepare this simple ice cream recipe. I usually use strawberries or blueberries to make my ice cream but you could use any other fruit you like. Just remember to use fruit that is low on carbohydrates.

Take the fruit and put them in your mixer, then you simply add the heavy whipping cream and mix everything together until it is well blended. Put everything in the freezer for around 60 to 80 minutes and then it is ready to enjoy. The low carb ice cream is best if you serve it together with some small pieces of the fruit.

The second ice cream that I like to make is also very simple and only takes a few minutes to prepare. I start out with 1 scoop of whey protein and mix it with around 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream. Mix everything until it starts to get a little thick and then put it in the freezer for 60 to 80 minutes.

The good thing with protein powder is that you can use different kind and with different flavors. My favorites are strawberry and chocolate but try out some different ones to find the one you like the best.

I have done some research and read many different books that are related to cancer and different diets. Here I will go through the best books and which ones I recommend you to read to learn more about different cancer diets.

The first cancer diet book to start of is also one of the best and most popular books, Eat to Live: The Revolutionary Formula for Fast and Sustained Weight Loss by Joel Fuhrman and Mehmet C. O. This book is very popular and many people who have read it give it very high reviews. The book is mainly focusing on how to loose weight and how to do it quickly but also goes into how different diets can impact cancer. If you are only looking for one book to read I would recommend this one.

The second cancer diet book I would like to recommend is The China Study: The Most Comprehensive Study of Nutrition Ever Conducted and the Startling Implications for Diet, Weight Loss and Long-term Health. This book is going into how food and the things you eat will impact both your weight and also your general health. It is just like the previous book not focusing on cancer but the general health. A very good book that covers a lot of different things.


The third cancer diet book I would recommend is not only a book with facts but it also covers a lot of recipes that are good for you and your cancer fighting. The book is called The Cancer-Fighting Kitchen: Nourishing, Big-Flavor Recipes for Cancer Treatment and Recovery and is written by Rebecca Katz and Mat Edelson. There are many good recipes in the book and also some very nice pictures to go with all the recipes.

The last cancer diet book I would like to recommend is a book that focus on different foods that are good for fighting cancer. The book contains key foods that have been medically shown to not only help with preventing cancer but also in the treatment of cancer. The book is written by Richard Beliveau who have also done a lot of research about cancer. The book is called Foods to Fight Cancer: Essential foods to help prevent cancer
